Shipping policy
SHIPPING METHOD
— All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified in a shipping email to the buyer. Customers will receive tracking information upon shipment.
— International customers are responsible for all customs charges and reshipment if the package is returned to my studio due to a customs issue.
SHIPPING TIME
— I work hard to get all orders out in a timely manner, but processing times may vary. Please be patient, as this one woman team is doing all she can to get your beautiful artwork to you! If your order takes more than 10 days to process, I will contact you to keep you updated.
DAMAGED PACKAGE
— Grey Von Cannon is not liable for any damages to your order incurred during transit. I do my best to package every order with care to ensure that it safely arrives to your home.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
— Grey Von Cannon is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package to be lost in transit or stolen upon delivery, please contact the shipping service responsible for the package and file a claim. I insure every order of original artwork to the full price, and every USPS Priority shipment is automatically insured up to $100 regardless of contents.
— Please keep in mind a “lost” package may look a lot like one that just hasn’t been scanned by the shipping service while in transit. Allow up to 21 days before contacting the shipping service or me, please! I have the same tracking information as you, and I cannot do anything to retrieve lost or delayed packages once they are out of my studio. Shipping services are experiencing unprecedented shipping times and package volume, so please be patient and kind as you wait for your order! We all thank you.
